Point Loma · 1st and 3rd Thursday

We eat together. We grow together.

Peninsula Breakfast Club is a community of San Diego business owners who believe strong relationships create strong businesses. Twice each month we sit down together, catch each other up on our work, and send each other the clients we'd actually vouch for. One membership per profession, so there's never a reason to hold back a good referral.

How membership works

The whole model rests on exclusivity. When your profession is filled, referrals inside the group come to you and only you.

Step one

Apply

Fill out a short application. It goes to the board for review before it ever reaches a vote.

Step two

Come as a guest

Guests are welcome by invitation from an active member, for up to two meetings before applying — plenty of time to get a feel for the room.

Step three

Join the club

Once approved, you're the only one in your profession at the table — and every referral for that work comes your way.

Twice a month, same table

Mark it in your calendar — it doesn't move.

Breakfast meeting

1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 7:00 – 8:00am · Point Loma Cafe
Parking is validated. Member spotlight presentations happen at every meeting.
Guests must be invited by an active member and may attend up to two meetings before applying for membership.

Members help each other grow

A few of the things that make this club work, straight from our Community Guidelines.

Referral bonus

When a member refers someone who's approved and joins the club, the referring member gets a $50 gift certificate to spend with any current member's business.

Member spotlights

Every member gets a roughly 10-minute spotlight at breakfast to introduce their business, their ideal client, and what a great referral looks like. Spots are first come, first served.

Active membership

Active members keep dues current, attend at least one meeting a month, and pitch in to support fellow members and the growth of the club.

Member directory

One membership per profession. 24 members as of 2026 Q2, grouped by what they do — each card links out to their business.

Don't see your profession listed? That membership may still be open. Check with our Membership Chair to confirm before applying, and we'll let you know where things stand.

Check membership availability

When a member leaves the club, we simply update this roster. The reason for their departure stays private unless they choose to share it themselves.

Board and leadership

The board meets quarterly to review membership and growth, financial health, upcoming initiatives, and ways to improve the member experience — helping ensure the club's long-term success.
