Show up together. Grow together.
Peninsula Breakfast Club is a community of Peninsula business owners who believe strong relationships create strong businesses. Twice each month we sit down together, catch each other up on our work, and send each other the clients we'd actually vouch for. One membership per profession, so there's never a reason to hold back a good referral.
How membership works
The whole model rests on exclusivity. When your profession is filled, referrals inside the group come to you and only you.
Come as a guest
Guests are welcome by invitation from an active member, for up to two meetings — plenty of time to get a feel for the room before applying.
Apply
Fill out a short application. It goes to the board for review before it ever reaches a vote.
Join the club
Once approved, you're the only one in your profession at the table — and every referral for that work comes your way.
Twice a month, same table
Mark it in your calendar — it doesn't move.
Breakfast meeting
1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 7:00 – 8:00am · Point Loma Cafe
Parking is validated. Member spotlight presentations happen at every meeting.
Guests must be invited by an active member and may attend up to two meetings before applying for membership.
Members help each other grow
A few of the things that make this club work, straight from our Community Guidelines.
Referral bonus
When a member refers someone who's approved and joins the club, the referring member gets a $50 gift certificate to spend with any current member's business.
Member spotlights
Every member gets a roughly 10-minute spotlight at breakfast to introduce their business, their ideal client, and what a great referral looks like. Members sign up for a slot in advance — first to sign up gets it.
Active membership
Active members keep dues current, attend at least one meeting a month, and pitch in to support fellow members and the growth of the club.
Member directory
One membership per profession. 24 members as of 2026 Q2, grouped by what they do — each card links out to their business.

Breakfast meeting
Members meet, give updates, and pass referrals. Member spotlight presentations happen at every meeting, roughly 10 minutes each, and are signed up for in advance — first to sign up gets the slot. Can't make your scheduled date? Arrange for another member to take your spot and let Denny know once it's swapped. Guests are welcome by invitation from an active member.
Mixer
A more social monthly gathering outside of breakfast — a chance to build relationships with fellow members without the meeting agenda.
Holiday party
Our annual holiday get-together — the one event of the year that's just for celebrating the club and each other. Details to come.
Community events
Throughout the year we take part in local events that support member businesses, raise our visibility in the community, and welcome prospective new members. Want to volunteer, sponsor, or help organize? Reach out to our Event Coordinator.
